Land Boundary and Extent Report
For: Land owners and buyers whose title, sale agreement or allocation says too little about where the land is and how big it is.

Farm Land Intelligence Report
For: Farm owners, managers, agricultural lenders and insurers.
- Every field, camp and paddock mapped, numbered and measured, with fence lengths
- Land-use split in hectares: cropland, orchards, grazing, pasture, bush, water and infrastructure
- Infrastructure inventory with coordinates: boreholes, dams, kraals, sheds, houses, pipelines, gates and roads
- Flood and fire screening of every camp, so sheds are not built in drainage lines and the right fire-breaks are cleared

What the reports are, and are not
Every Terra-Plot report is an indicative land-intelligence assessment. Areas and lengths are measured on current high-resolution satellite imagery against a boundary you confirm with us, and the imagery capture date is printed on the report.
A Terra-Plot report is not a cadastral survey, a legal determination of a boundary, a property valuation, a soil or crop-health analysis, a water-rights or floodline determination, or a fire-risk certificate. Where the law requires a registered land surveyor, a registered valuer or a statutory determination, the report helps you brief that professional with the exact question. It never replaces them. Reports describe land, not people.
